BEGi has added the new "Directed Pulse" feature to our Miata Exhaust Manifold.

The shape, angles, and contours of this manifold indicate the smoothest flowing miata manifold in existence.  Cylinders 1 & 4 turn the exhaust gas through one 70o angle, rather than two 90o angles.

The new "Directed Pulse" feature eliminates pulses from cylinders 1 & 2 from interfering with those from cylinders 3 & 4., and vice versa.

Material stability has resulted in no reported cracks in four years of use.* Cast ductile iron offers excellent high temperature strength and dimensional stability.

The exhaust manifold features EGR ports for '94 and up Miatas.

Wrench clearance problems? Maybe, if a plumbers pipe wrench is used.  The 17 mm box end fits perfectly.

Port shape is milled on digital equipment to insure good transition flow.

Precision surfaced with digital equipment to eliminate the gasket at the turbo.

Digital milled port shapes

Prime locating fastener at the center stud

Thermal expansion slots

Tolerant stud clearance

Flange compatible with T25, T28 or T3 Turbo.

Proper chamfers on threaded recesses to assure the stud anchoring capabilities are correct.

Exhaust Manifolds for the 1994 and up Miatas are in stock. We will accept orders for the 1.6L Manifolds, but they are on backorder until mid August.

* One cracked manifold was reported after this information was posted. However, extenuating circumstance may be to blame and not material quality. We have only seen photos of the crack.
