BEGi offers turbo kits at the entry level power to maximum with a built engine. The BEGI-S kits are the entry level system that feature the BEGi exhaust manifold, downpipe and Garrett turbo. These are not intercooled systems.
The intercooled systems will be the S1-S5 turbo kits. The S4 is not sold by another other turbo system maker for the Miata! The S4 manifold provides for greater flow, which allows for faster turbo spool up, and more low end torque. The S2-S5 turbo systems feature Cool Air System parts not available from any other Miata turbo kit maker. Cooler air will always make more power and be more reliable.
The BEGi-SSM turbo system is an entry level kit featuring the S4 manifold. This is not an intercooled system.
